Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island earned a Michelin Key in the 2025 guide, marking the property among the emirate's most distinguished addresses. Rising above the water on Al Maryah Island in the city's financial and shopping district, the hotel has steadily built a culinary reputation to match its glass-tower setting.

That reputation drew a notable collaboration in early November 2025, when Michelin-starred guest chef Alessandro Tormolino joined the Café Milano team, led by Corporate Chef Franco Sangiacomo, for a four-course Italian menu as part of the Italian Cuisine World Summit 2025. The kitchen also leaned into local tradition, with Executive Chef Christian Buenrostro crafting Ramadan menus honoring Emirati cuisine and Chef Marshall Röth leading New Year's Eve dining at the steakhouse Butcher and Still.
