PS, the private terminal formerly known as The Private Suite, is built on a single promise, that a traveler flying on a commercial airline never has to set foot in the public terminal. How that promise is delivered, though, depends on which of three services a guest chooses. PS offers The Salon, the Private Suite, and PS Direct, and each is designed for a different kind of trip.
The Salon
The Salon is the entry point to PS and an elevated social space designed for solo travelers and small groups. Guests receive semi private TSA and Customs screening and transportation across the airfield to their aircraft, along with complimentary cocktails and bites in a relaxed, sociable setting. It is shared rather than fully private, but it bears no resemblance to a crowded airline lounge. For a traveler who wants the ease and the airside escort without a private room, the Salon is the natural choice.
The Private Suite
The Private Suite is the fullest expression of PS and the tier most associated with the brand. Guests are given a private room and entirely private TSA and Customs screening, so there is no shared space at any point. The suite includes chef prepared meals, and a private BMW chauffeur carries guests to and from the aircraft across the tarmac. Members also enjoy complimentary spa shower and spa services, and All Access members receive touches such as complimentary valet parking and a car wash while they travel. PS describes the suites as well suited to families, noting they are ideal for children and pets. For privacy, comfort, and the sense of a private club rather than an airport, this is the tier that defines the experience.
PS Direct
PS Direct takes the concept one step further and removes the last remaining piece of the journey. Instead of ending at the terminal, the service chauffeurs the traveler directly to a home or hotel from the door of the aircraft. It is the most seamless of the three, and it is especially valuable on arrival, when the difference between a private car at the aircraft steps and a long walk to ground transportation is felt most sharply.

Choosing the Right One
The decision comes down to how much privacy and service a trip calls for. A solo traveler or a small group looking for a calm, quick departure will be well served by the Salon. Anyone who values complete privacy, is traveling with family, or simply wants the full experience should choose the Private Suite. And for the traveler who wants the journey to end at their own front door rather than at the airport, PS Direct completes the picture. A membership is not required for any of them, though frequent guests can join to unlock preferred rates and priority access.
