PS offers three tiers of service. The Salon is an elevated social space designed for solo travelers and small groups, with semi private TSA and Customs screening, transportation across the airfield, and complimentary cocktails and bites in a relaxed setting. The Private Suite is the fullest expression of the idea, a private room with entirely private TSA and Customs screening, chef prepared meals, and a private BMW chauffeur to and from the aircraft. The third option, PS Direct, goes a step further and chauffeurs the traveler directly to a home or hotel from the door of the aircraft, compressing the journey from cabin to front door into a single seamless handoff.

The Experience

What sets PS apart is the level of personal service around the flight. Guests are met by a dedicated team, screening is quick and private, and the spaces are designed with the calm of a private club rather than the noise of an airport. There are spa showers and spa services, entertainment amenities, and dining prepared to order by an executive chef. A signature detail is the escort itself, a BMW that carries guests across the tarmac directly to the aircraft steps, so that the last stretch before boarding is spent in a car rather than a jet bridge. PS also notes that its suites suit families well, describing them as ideal for children and pets.

Do You Need a Membership

PS does not require an annual membership. Any traveler can book the experience for a single trip. Members, however, receive a set of benefits that reward frequent use, including preferred rates, access to every PS location, priority reservations, preferential change and cancellation policies, and access to PS Direct. For a traveler who passes through these airports often, membership turns an occasional indulgence into a consistent way of moving.

Why It Matters

PS sits at an interesting point in the market. It is not a private jet, and it does not pretend to be. Instead it takes the single most valuable thing that private aviation offers, the freedom from the public terminal, and attaches it to a normal airline seat. For travelers who fly long haul in first or business class but have no need to charter an aircraft, it closes the gap between the two worlds.
